HONDA XR 650 [1993-2024] - Exhaust system

The Exhaust system from GPR, specially developed for the Honda XR 650 L models from 1993 to 2024, combines stylish design with high functionality. Known for its classic oval teardrop shape, this system from the Trioval series is made from high quality, hand-polished 304 stainless steel and offers an impressive combination of aesthetics and performance.

The exhaust system is characterized by an improved sound compared to the standard exhaust. It's louder but stays within legal limits and produces the smoothest sound of any GPR exhaust system. In addition to the sound, the system also offers improved performance compared to the standard exhaust. Despite its light weight, which is less than that of the original exhaust, it is in no way inferior in terms of quality and durability. The high quality of welding underlines the Italian craftsmanship.

Installation of the exhaust system is easy and does not require any structural modifications to the motorcycle thanks to the specific half manifolds or connecting pipes supplied, as well as the appropriate brackets and accessories. While GPR recommends professional installation, the product is designed to be plug-and-play. Additionally, the exhaust system is equipped with a removable dB killer that can be removed for racing purposes, although it should be noted that this is not permitted on public roads.

Every GPR product is made in Italy and comes with a two-year international warranty. The environmentally friendly production is certified according to ISO 14021 and bears the “Zero Impact” label, which underlines the sustainable production.
