HONDA XL 750 TRANSALP [2023-2025] - Optional manifold (SS)

Akrapovic's optional manifold (SS) is designed specifically for 2025 Honda XL750 Transalp owners seeking increased performance and weight reduction. This high quality replacement part is made from premium stainless steel and offers an impressive weight saving of 53.5% (1.8kg) compared to the stock manifold.

Using larger diameter pipes improves gas flow and reduces restrictions by removing the standard manifold's catalyst. In combination with the Akrapovic Slip-On Line (Titanium) exhaust system, power increases by 1.6 kW (2.2 hp) at 9,500 rpm and torque by 3.5 Nm at 6,700 rpm compared to the standard equipment of the Honda XL750 Transalp, measured on Akrapovic's own test bench.

The optional header header (SS) produces a deep, racing sound that showcases the twin-cylinder engine and is a simple plug-and-play installation. Remapping is recommended but not mandatory. Please note that this component is intended for use on closed circuits and fitting the optional manifold will invalidate the EC/ECE certificate for the Slip-On Line (Titanium) exhaust.
