HONDA XL 750 TRANSALP [2023-2024] - Manifold (SS)

The Akrapovic Manifold (SS) is a high-quality choice for 2023-2024 Honda XL750 Transalp owners looking for increased performance and weight reduction. This replacement part is specifically designed for motorcycles that are already equipped with the Akrapovic Slip-On Line (Titanium) exhaust system. Manufactured from premium stainless steel, the manifold offers a weight saving of 53.5% (1.8 kg) compared to the stock manifold.

By increasing the diameter of the pipes, the elbow (SS) improves gas flow and reduces restrictions. The stock catalytic converter is removed to further improve flow. When combined with the Slip-On Line (Titanium) exhaust system, power increases by 1.6 kW (2.2 hp) at 9,500 rpm and torque by 3.5 Nm at 6,700 rpm, compared to a standard exhaust system on the Honda XL750 Transalp, measured on Akrapovic's proprietary test bench.

The manifold (SS) produces a deep, racing sound that brings out the two-cylinder engine to its full potential. Installation is simple and can be done as plug and play, with remapping recommended but not required. Please note that this component is designed for use on closed race tracks and installation of the optional manifold will invalidate the EC/ECE certificate for the Slip-On Line (Titanium).
