Top case carrier for Yamaha MT-09: Compatible with Monokey and Monolock

This specially developed top case carrier from GIVI allows Monokey or Monolock cases to be attached to the Yamaha MT-09, model years 2016 to 2020. The carrier is designed to be used with the Monokey plates M5, M7, M8A, M8B, M9A and M9B or the Monolock plates M5M and M6M. It is also possible to use the EX2M anodized aluminum luggage rack, which must be purchased separately.

Technical details and assembly

• Installation requires moving the original indicators.
• The use of the brake lights or a remote control is not possible in combination with the plates M8A, M8B, M9A and M9B.

Maximum load

• When using a Monokey case, the maximum load is 6 kg.
• With a Monolock case, the maximum load is reduced to 3 kg.

Note on compatibility: The carrier was specifically designed for use on Yamaha MT-09 models in their original condition. Compatibility with accessories from other manufacturers, such as different exhaust systems, cannot be guaranteed.
