HONDA CRF 450 [2025] - Exhaust system

The Akrapovic Evolution Line (Ti) is an advanced exhaust system designed specifically for the Honda CRF450R/RX 2025. This system is tailored to make the most of the limited space within the motorcycle, combining performance with durability, making it ideal for extreme conditions and the challenges of off-road racing.

The exhaust system is made of lightweight, high-quality titanium, using different material thicknesses to ensure perfect protection and reduce overall weight. It is 26.5% lighter than the standard exhaust system. A new profile on the surface influences the sound to meet the FIM's 109dB noise limit for competition, while contributing to the strength and durability of the silencer while producing a deep, full sound that highlights the balanced pulse of the single-cylinder engine.

Designing the silencer to be as large as possible for the available space allows for improved sound attenuation, reducing the impact on the natural environment while optimizing exhaust flow. The additional strength created by the design increases durability and provides improved resilience in the most demanding conditions. The exhaust system offers increased response across the entire rev range and optimal feel when opening the throttle, giving the driver excellent control.

Power and torque increases were also recorded, with an additional 1.8kW (2.5hp) at 10300rpm and 1.5Nm at 7900rpm compared to the stock exhaust system. The Evolution Line (Titanium) features a special technique for imprinting the logo on the surface for greater durability and a titanium manifold with an integrated resonance chamber for optimal performance and sound, covered with a newly designed titanium heat shield. Installation is easy and requires no remapping.
