HONDA CRF 450 [2021-2024] - Evolution Line exhaust system (titanium)

The Evolution Line exhaust system (Titanium) from Akrapovic has been specially developed for the Honda CRF450R/RX from model year 2021. This state-of-the-art system is tailored to make the most of the limited space within the motorcycle, combining performance with durability for extreme conditions and the challenges of off-road racing. Using lightweight, high-quality titanium, the system is 26.5% lighter than the stock exhaust.

The exhaust's innovative design includes a profiled surface that modifies the sound to meet FIM competition noise limits. At the same time, it increases the strength and durability of the muffler while delivering a deep, full sound that highlights the balanced pulse of the single-cylinder engine. The silencer is dimensioned to be as large as possible to improve noise attenuation while optimizing the exhaust gas flow.

The additional strength of the construction contributes to durability and provides improved durability in the most demanding conditions. The system improves response across the entire speed range and provides optimal feel when opening the throttle, giving the driver excellent control. Power and torque have been increased, with an additional 2.1 kW (2.8 hp) at 9,750 rpm and 1.8 Nm at 9,460 rpm measured on the company's own dyno compared to the standard exhaust system.

Installation of the Evolution Line (Titanium) exhaust system is simple and does not require reconfiguration of the engine controls. It is intended exclusively for use on closed race tracks and is not approved for road traffic.
