HONDA CRF 450 [2019] - Exhaust system

The GPR exhaust system for the Honda Crf 450 RWE 2019 is a high-quality complete solution for racetrack use that complies with FIM homologation limits. This system includes a manifold with ULTRABOMB extension and the new PENTACROSS silencer line. Both the manifold and the silencers are made of 304 stainless steel, allowing not only an average power increase of 2cv, but also a significant weight reduction.

Installing the exhaust system does not require any structural changes to the motorcycle. Installation can be easily carried out on the cylinders with all necessary flanges, bushings and brackets included. GPR recommends following the included instructions or the tutorial on their website or YouTube channel. To activate the two-year international warranty, it is necessary to email the installation receipt to GPR.

The exhaust system has removable dB killers (noise limiters) that can be removed for racing use. However, it is illegal to leave these removed on public roads and the responsibility lies with the customer if the motorcycle is used exclusively on race tracks. Abuse of this regulation on public roads will void the warranty and any refund requests will be rejected. GPR will repair the original muffler if necessary, but a new muffler will not be provided.
