HONDA CRF 250 R [2022-2025] - Evolution Line (Titanium) exhaust system

Akrapovic's Evolution Line (Titanium) exhaust system is specifically designed for the Honda CRF 250 R / RX from 2022 and offers a tailor-made solution for the limited space within the motorcycle. This high-performance system is made from lightweight, high-quality titanium and features varying material thicknesses in different sections to provide optimal protection and reduce overall weight.

The exhaust system features a re-profiled surface that influences the sound to meet FIM competition noise limits. At the same time, it increases the strength and durability of the muffler and delivers a deep, full sound that highlights the balanced pulse of the single-cylinder engine. The silencer is sized to the maximum to allow for improved sound attenuation, minimizing the impact on the natural environment while optimizing exhaust flow.

The design creates additional strength, increasing durability and providing improved resilience in the most demanding conditions. The exhaust system allows for increased response across the entire rev range and optimal feel when opening the throttle, giving the driver excellent control. Power and torque have been increased, with an increase of 0.5 kW (0.7 hp) at 4,750 rpm and 1.1 Nm at 4,770 rpm compared to the standard exhaust system.

The Evolution Line (Titanium) is easy to install as it is a plug-and-play operation and requires no reconfiguration. For drivers who need to meet the new 109 dB FIM noise limits, installation of the optional V-TUV387 noise insert is mandatory.
