Material properties

The tank bag is made of thermoformed EVA and covered with 600D polyester and PU. The materials used are UV-resistant according to ISO 4892-2:3013 and can withstand 500 hours of exposure in a Q-Sun Xenon test chamber. They are also REACH compliant.

Assembly and safety

The tank bag is securely mounted on the tank using a special fastening ring (not included). The integrated security lock increases protection against theft by locking the backpack to the vehicle, while the key is only needed to secure the backpack. The lock is compatible with GIVI security locks types SL102, SL103 and SL105.

Installation and compatibility instructions

• The tank ring required to attach the tank bag must be purchased separately.
• GIVI products are designed for use on vehicles in their original condition.
• Compatibility problems with accessories from other manufacturers cannot be ruled out.
• The installation should ideally be carried out by a specialist mechanic.
