The Power Commander V for Harley Davidson Vision Tour Models from 2009 to 2016 is characterized by its compact design, which is less than half of the size of the previous model PCIIISB. This device is supplied directly via USB, which means that the need for a 9-volt adapter for programming is no longer necessary.

With advanced functions such as a built-in 2-position mapping switching function, although the card switch is available separately, this device offers improved adaptability. The passage display enables the driver to precisely control the fuel supply depending on the current gait and speed.

An additional analogue input allows the integration of a 0-5 volt sensor to make specific adjustments based on various operating conditions such as boost pressure or temperature. When connected to a gearbox input, the device can make individual fuel assignments for each cylinder and every gear, which enables up to 24 separate fuel tables in a 4-cylinder motorcycle with a six-speed gear.

The expansion of the setting area for fuel changes to -100/+250% offers greater scope for fine adjustments, especially with powerful motorcycles. In addition, the Power Commander V has 10 columns for the throttle valve position, which enables more precise control compared to the 9 columns of the PCIIISB.

The improved function of the "acceleration pump" offers extended setting options and sensitivity areas, which further increases the reactionability and performance of the motorcycle.
