Description

The high -performance camshaft plate from Feuling for Harley Davidson Dyna models from 1999 to 2005 improves the engine output through an increased oil flow rate and amount. This optimization is achieved by enlarged reservoirs of the oil pump and extended oil channels. In addition, the oil drilling of the camshaft plate is adapted to the connections of the engine housing, which enables more efficient oil supply to the motor components and reduces the operating temperature of the engine by 25 to 35 degrees Celsius.

The camshaft plate is made of 7075 ticket aluminum, a material that is 50% harder and more resistant compared to standard designs. This high -quality aluminum ensures a high strength and hardness of the plate, keeps precise tolerances even at high temperatures and eliminates the need for bronze lens due to its excellent bearing -like properties.

The component is specially tailored to the feuling oil pumps, which enables the Twin CAM engines to effectively use the increased volume of the high-flow oil pumps. This leads to a cooler and quieter engine run. In addition, the camshaft bearing holes are designed for improved fit.

The camshaft plate is printed and has a preset overpressure valve and spring that are tailored to the increased volume and pressure. In combination with the Feuling Race Series oil pump, a performance increase of 3 hp and 4 FT/LBS torque is achieved on the rear wheel.
