The Hepco & Becker tanking Basic is specially designed for the Ducati Panigale V4 motorcycle model and compatible with the construction years 2022 to 2025. This accessory is used to secure a tank bag directly to the fuel tank of the motorcycle.

The scope of delivery includes the tanking and a suitable counter holder, which is adapted to the motorcycle depending on the specific tank shape and the handlebar. Assembly instructions support in the correct installation, so that the tank cover remains easily accessible even with fueling fueling.

The use of the tanking only requires the combination with a corresponding tank bag for the Ducati Panigale V4 model. The "Mein Bike" database on the manufacturer's side offers a simple check of compatibility.

Differences to other tanking systems

Basic tanking differs primarily from the Lock-IT system by the type of locking. While the basic tanking works purely mechanically, the Lock-IT system also supports magnet to center the backpack. However, both systems use the same model -specific metal ring.

It is important that tank bags and tanking have to come from the same system to ensure compatibility.
