Overview

The GIVI Sport-Touring TanklockED tank bag for the 800 MT models from 2022 to 2025 combines functionality with safety. This 5 liter backpack is specially designed for motorcyclists who value a safe and practical storage solution while riding.

Material and construction

The tank bag is made of thermoformed EVA and coated with 600D polyester and PU. These materials are UV resistant according to ISO 4892-2:3013 and can withstand 500 hours of exposure in a Q-Sun Xenon test chamber. In addition, the materials used comply with REACH regulations.

Security and compatibility

Safety is increased by a special fastening system with security lock, which securely attaches the backpack to the motorcycle. The system is compatible with other GIVI security locks (SL102, SL103, SL105) and allows easy handling without a key as long as the backpack is attached to the vehicle. The key is only needed to secure the tank bag when the motorcycle is unattended.

Important note: The tank ring required for assembly is not included. GIVI products are designed for vehicles in their original condition and compatibility with accessories from other manufacturers cannot be guaranteed. Assembly should ideally be carried out by a specialist mechanic.
