The Hepco & Becker tanking Basic is specially designed for the elephant 900 IE model from Cagiva, built in 1990 to 1992. This motorcycle accessories are used to secure a tank bag and is characterized by simple handling.

Product details

In the scope of delivery of the tanking basic, the tanking itself and an adaptable counter holder are included, which is attached to the tank bag depending on the tank shape and handlebar. The assembly of the tanking does not affect the accessibility of the tank cover, which can be easily opened even when tanking is attached.

Differences to other tankingen

The basic tanking differs from models such as the lock-IT tanking by the type of locking. While the lock-IT fueling also works with magnets for centering, the locking is carried out in a purely mechanical way during basic tanking. The basis of the tanking, the model -specific metal ring, remains identical in both variants.

Further information: A tank bag with lock-IT counterholder is not compatible with a basic tanking and vice versa. It is important that tank sac countertakers and tanking come from the same system.
