BMW R Ninet Racer [2017-2023] - Tanking Basic including counterpart tank sac

The Hepco & Becker tanking Basic is specially designed for the motorcycle model BMW R NINET Racer, built in 2017 to 2023. This accessory serves the stable attachment of a tank bag directly on the fuel tank of the motorcycle.

Product features

The tanking and the corresponding counterholder included are specially developed for adapting to the tank shape and the motorcycle handlebar. The assembly of the tankring does not affect the accessibility or functionality of the fuel cap, which can still be opened without any problems.

• Unlocking is done by pressing a belt on the tank bag
• In Germany, no general operating license (ABE) is required for this system

Differences to other tanking systems

The basic tanking differs from the lock-it tanking by the type of locking. While the Lock-IT tanking also uses magnets for the centering, the locking is only mechanical for basic tanking. However, both systems use the same model -specific metal ring.

It is important to note that tank bags and counterholder of the same system must be used to ensure compatibility and functionality. A tank bag with lock-IT counterholder is not compatible with a basic tanking and Vice Versa.
