The GIVI Sport-Touring TanklockED tank bag for the R 1300 GS models from 2024-25 combines functionality with increased safety. This tank bag is specially developed for motorcyclists who value quality and safety.

Material description

The tank bag is made of thermoformed EVA and coated with 600D polyester and PU. These materials are UV resistant according to the ISO 4892-2:3013 standard and can withstand 500 hours of exposure in a Q-Sun Xenon test chamber. In addition, the materials used comply with the REACH regulation.

Fastening and security

The tank bag is securely attached to the tank using a special fastening ring. The Security Lock System allows the backpack to be securely anchored while the motorcycle is unattended. The backpack can be removed or attached to the tank without a key; the key is only required to activate the security lock. Compatible locks are the GIVI security locks SL102, SL103 or SL105.
