The GIVI TANKLOCK tank bag from the X-Line series is specially designed for the R 1200 R motorcycle model and covers the years 2006 to 2010. Its volume can be flexibly expanded from 15 to 18 liters to meet different storage space needs.

Technical characteristics

The tank bag is made of extremely durable 1200D W/R polyester. In addition, inserts made of TPU are integrated, which make the bag particularly resistant to environmental influences. The surface is UV-resistant and complies with REACH regulations.

Design and functionality

The bag is equipped with a thermoformed cover and a similarly shaped case base, which provide additional protection. A removable, water-repellent inner bag with a waterproof rating of IPX5 protects the contents from heavy rain and extreme conditions. The tank bag has a front pocket and special water drainage holes at the bottom to effectively drain away moisture.
