The GIVI TanklockED tank bag for the K 1600 model, made of thermoformed EVA and covered with 600D polyester and PU, is characterized by its UV resistance according to ISO 4892-2:3013. This ensures a duration of 500 hours under artificial exposure without any loss of quality. The materials used are also REACH-compliant.

Technical details and functions:

• An integrated rain cover ensures that the contents stay dry.
• Features include a carry handle and an adjustable shoulder strap for easy transport.
• Attaching a safety padlock is possible using a compatible shackle.

The tank bag is mounted using a special fastening ring that is attached to the tank. The compatibility of the tank bag extends to the model years 2011 to 2024 of the K 1600 model. It is recommended that installation is carried out by a specialist mechanic to ensure correct attachment. The tank bag fits the GIVI security locks numbers SL102, SL103 or SL105, which enables a uniform security solution with other GIVI products such as top cases or side cases.
