The AXP Adventure underrun protection made of HDPE offers the highest level of protection for the underside of your motorcycle. Ideal for off-road adventures and demanding off-road driving, this plate protects critical components from damage caused by rocks, branches and other obstacles.

Product features

This skid plate is specially developed for the BMW F900GS and fits perfectly to the dimensions and requirements of this model. It is made from an 8mm thick high density polyethylene (HDPE) that offers outstanding durability and impact resistance. Compared to traditional materials such as aluminum or carbon, HDPE is not only lighter, but also able to return to its original shape after deformation due to impact.

The underrun protection is installed directly on the engine block using a robust fastening system that includes a wedge system for additional stability. Foam inserts in critical areas prevent friction and also absorb shock. This increases the longevity of the engine and other important components such as the water pump and crankcase.
