APRILIA TUONO 1100 [2021-2024] - Evolution Line Carbon exhaust system

The Akrapovic Evolution Line Carbon exhaust system is the ultimate for demanding motorcyclists who value first-class materials, outstanding workmanship and a perfect design. This exhaust system, developed for the RSV4 and Tuono V4 models from 2021, combines lightweight, race-proven materials with a breathtaking sound and top performance.

The construction includes a carbon muffler outer jacket and end cap, as well as an all-titanium connecting tube and inner muffler structure. The manifolds and headers are made of high-quality titanium alloy, making the overall system 44% lighter than stock. Designed for track use, this system requires mandatory reconfiguration of the engine controls and removal of the passenger footrest.

When compared on the company's own test bench with a standard Aprilia RSV4 system, this exhaust system shows an increase in power of 4.0 kW (5.4 hp) at 13,000 rpm and a torque increase of 3.8 Nm at 7,700 rpm. The distinctive, deeply sporty sound perfectly underlines Akrapovic's character.
