The Hepco & Becker tanking Basic was specially developed for the Aprilia SL 1000 Falco motorcycle model from the years of construction 2000 to 2003. This product offers a reliable solution for attaching a tank bag on your machine.

This tanking enables the tank bag from Hepco & Becker to assemble safely and easily. The fuel lid also remains fully accessible with assembled tanking, which ensures additional comfort during use. The scope of delivery includes the tanking and a customizable counter holder, which can be attached to the tank bag depending on the tank shape and handlebar.

• Stable hold of the tank bag, even at higher speeds
• Easy handling through mechanical locking
• Clearly audible snapping of the tank bag when put onto the tanking
• Unlocking is done by pressing a belt on the tank bag in the direction of travel
• No ABE or entry in vehicle documents in Germany required
• Recommended top speed with assembled tank bag: 130 km/h

Comparison with Lock-IT fenkringen

The basic tanking works similarly to the lock-IT tanking, but with a purely mechanical locking mechanism without magnetic aid. The basic assembly and function remains the same, while the differences are mainly in the materials used in the locking elements.

In addition, it should be noted that tank bags and counterholder from different systems (lock-IT and basic) are not compatible. Make sure that both components come from the same system.
