The Hepco & Becker tanking Basic is specially designed for the Aprilia RS 660 motorcycle model and its variant Factory, starting with the year of construction 2025. This accessory is used to secure and easily attach a tank bag on the machine.

Properties of the tanking basic

• Stable hold of the tank bag, even at high driving speeds
• Mechanical locking enables easy handling
• The tank bag can be locked safely by putting on the tanking and can be seen by an audible click
• For unlocking, a belt on the front part of the tank backpack is pulled in the direction of travel, whereupon the backpack can be easily removed
• In Germany, no general operating license (ABE) is necessary to use the tank bag system
• Recommended maximum speed with assembled tank bag: 130 km/h
• Recommended maximum weight for the tank backpack: approx. 3 kg

Differences between basic and lock-IT fenkringen

While the basic functioning and operation of basic and lock-it tankingen is identical, the two models differ in the type of locking. The basic tanking has a purely mechanical locking, whereas the lock-IT tanking also uses magnets to support the centering.

Please note that tank sac counter -counter and tanking should be compatible and should come from the same system to ensure a correct function.
