APRILIA LEONARDO 300 [2004-2011] - Exhaust system

The GPR exhaust system Evo4 Road for the Aprilia Leonardo 300, built between 2004 and 2011, combines outstanding performance with Italian craftsmanship. Constructed from 304 black stainless steel with a ceramic coating that can withstand high temperatures, this complete exhaust system provides improved performance and a more powerful sound compared to the standard exhaust. The elliptical shape of the silencer measuring 90MM x 120MM contributes to the aesthetic enhancement of the motorcycle.

Installing the exhaust system does not require any structural changes to the motorcycle. It is mounted directly to the cylinders, with all necessary flanges, bushings and brackets included. For assembly, GPR recommends carefully following the enclosed instructions. A removable db killer allows noise levels to be adjusted for racing purposes, although it should be noted that its removal is not legally permitted on public roads.

Every GPR product is made in Italy and comes with a two-year international warranty. The high quality of the welding and the lightweight construction compared to the standard exhaust are testament to the care that goes into the development and manufacture of each part. Note that the use of racing components may require reconfiguration of the ECU, especially if additional modifications such as the installation of a sports air filter have been made.
