Step 1: Preparation

Before you start installing the handlebars, make sure that you have all the tools required. This includes a wrench, an Allen key and a cleaning cloth. Clean the handlebar to remove dirt and dust.

Step 2: Remove old mirrors

If mirrors are already mounted on your motorcycle, remove it carefully. Loosen the screws with the right tool and remove the mirrors. Make sure to keep the screws in a safe place.

Step 3: attach the handlebars

Take the new handlebars and insert them into the ends of the handlebar. Make sure that the mirrors are aligned correctly. Pull the screws with the Allen key, but don't overturn it.

Step 4: adjustment the mirror

Set the mirrors so that you have an optimal view of the traffic behind you. Check the position from different sitting positions and adjust the mirrors accordingly.

Step 5: Checking the stability

Check whether the mirrors sit tight and do not move while driving. Drive a short piece and test whether the mirrors remain in the desired position.

Step 6: Care of the mirrors

In order to extend the lifespan of the handlebars, clean them regularly with a soft cloth and a suitable cleaning agent. Avoid aggressive chemicals that could damage the surface.

How often should I clean the mirrors?

It is recommended to clean the mirrors at least once a month, or more often if they often drive in bad weather.

Can the mirrors be used on other motorcycles?

The handlebars are usually compatible with different models, but you should check the specifications to ensure that you also fit your motorcycle.
