Step 1: Preparation

Make sure that the Beta RR 125 is on a stable surface and the engine is switched off. Remove the key to prevent accidental start.

Step 2: Access to the gas train

Remove the covering of the handlebar area to get access to the gas train. Depending on the model, this can be done by loosening some screws.

Step 3: Remove the gas train

Find the gas train connected to the accelerator pedal. Loosen the clips or screws that keep the gas train in its place and carefully pull it off.

Step 4: insert new gas train

Take the new gas train and take it through the same brackets through which the old gas train ran. Make sure it is positioned correctly.

Step 5: Set the gas train

Set the voltage of the gas train by using the adjustment screw on the carburetor side. Make sure that the accelerator pedal lever has enough play before tightening the screw.

Step 6: Functional test

Put on the cover and test the gas train by pressing the accelerator pedal lever several times. Check whether the engine reacts evenly and no unusual noises occur.

How often should I check the gas train?

It is recommended to check the gas train with every inspection of the machine, especially before long journeys or after intensive use.

What to do when the gas train is stuck?

When the gas train is stuck, first check whether it is properly laid. Clean the connections and set the tension. If the problem continues, replace the gas train.
