Step 1: Make preparations

Make sure you have all the tools and materials you need: LED indicators, resistors, screwdrivers, cable cutters and insulating tape. Wear gloves and work in a well -ventilated area.

Step 2: Remove old indicators

Switch off the motorcycle and remove the battery. Loosen the screws of the old indicators and pull the cables off. Make sure not to damage the cables.

Step 3: attach the LED indicator

Place the new LED indicators in the places provided. Attach them with the supplied screws. Make sure you sit tight and don't wobble.

Step 4: Install resistance

Connect the resistors to the LED indicators to ensure the correct flashing frequency. Make sure to cable the resistors according to the manufacturer's instructions and isolate the connections with insulating tape.

Step 5: Check cabling

Check all cable connections carefully to ensure that there are no loose or damaged cables. Connect the battery again and make sure that everything is connected correctly.

Step 6: Test and lock

Test the new turn signals by pressing the turn signal lever. Check if you flash properly. If everything is fine, you can attach the cover of the motorcycle again.

How long do LED turn signals last?

LED blinkers have a significantly longer lifespan than conventional incandescent lamps, often up to 50,000 hours, depending on the quality of the product.

Can I install the indicators myself?

Yes, the installation of LED indicators can usually be carried out itself as long as there are fundamental knowledge of vehicle technology and safety.
