Step 1: Preparation

Before you start installing the LED blinkers, make sure you have all the tools you need at hand. This includes a screwdriver, a pliers set and possibly a multimeter to check the electrical connections.

Step 2: Remove old indicators

Start reducing the old indicators. Loosen the screws that attach the indicators to the body. Disconnect the electrical connections by carefully pulling the plugs off. Make sure not to damage the cables.

Step 3: Install resistors

Install the supplied resistors to ensure correct flashing the LED turn signals. Connect the resistors in parallel with the new indicators. Make sure to consider the polarity to avoid short circuits.

Step 4: mount new indicators

Place the new LED indicators in the places provided. Attach them with the screws and make sure that you sit firmly. Connect the electrical connections of the turn signals to the cables of the motorcycle.

Step 5: function test

After everything is mounted, they carry out a function test. Turn on the ignition and press the indicator. Check whether both sides flash correctly and whether the speed of flashing is normal.

Step 6: Care and maintenance

To extend the lifespan of your new turn signals, regularly clean them from dirt and dust. Check the electrical connections occasionally to ensure that everything works properly.

LED blinkers usually have a lifespan of up to 50,000 hours, which makes it very durable compared to conventional light bulbs.

Can I assemble the indicators myself?

Yes, the assembly of the indicators is usually easy and can be carried out by everyone with basic manual skills. However, make sure to use the right tools and follow the instructions.
