Right of withdrawal

You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day of the contract.

You can use the attached sample cancellation form for this, but this is not prescribed.

To maintain the cancellation period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification to the exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Please note that personalized products and dismissal hygiene items are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Consequences of the revocation

If you revoke this contract, we have to pay you all payments that we have received from you, excluding the delivery costs, immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. They bear the immediate costs of returning the goods. For this repayment we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless something else has been expressly agreed with them; Under no circumstances will you be charged for fees for this repayment.

If you have requested that the rental should begin during the cancellation period, you have to pay us an appropriate amount that corresponds to the share of the services already provided to us from the exercise of the right of withdrawal regarding this contract compared to the overall scope of the services provided for in the contract.
