Step 1: Preparation

Before you start assembling the handlebars, make sure that you have all the necessary tools on hand. This includes an Allen key and possibly a wrench. Read the assembly instructions carefully and check the parts for damage.

Step 2: Remove the old mirrors

If your Husqvarna is already equipped with mirrors, remove them carefully. Loosen the screws with the Allen key and pull off the mirrors. Make sure not to lose parts.

Step 3: Assembly of the handlebar diligence mirror

Take the new handlebars and insert them into the handlebars. Make sure that the mirrors are aligned correctly before screwing them on.

Step 4: Dear SPIEGEL

Before you finally fasten the mirrors, make sure that you are in the desired position. Test the perspectives and adapt the mirrors if necessary to ensure an optimal view.

Step 5: Securing the mirror

After you have the mirrors in the correct position, pull the screws tight to ensure that they are stable. Make sure not to tighten too tightly so as not to damage the screw thread.

Step 6: End control

Finally, check whether the handlebars are properly attached and do not move. Make a short test drive to ensure that the view is clear and the mirrors are functional.

How long does it take to assemble the handlebars?

The assembly of the handlebars should generally not take longer than 30 minutes, provided you have the right tool at hand.

Can I also use the mirrors on other motorcycles?

The handlebars are specially designed for Husqvarna models. It is possible that you also fit on other motorcycles, but you should check the compatibility beforehand.
