Step 1: Preparation
Before you start assembly, make sure you have all the tools you need. This includes a wrench, an Allen key and possibly a torque wrench. Read the assembly instructions of the handlebars carefully.
Step 2: Remove old mirrors
Loose the screws of the old mirrors with the right tool and carefully remove them. Make sure not to lose parts and keep the screws safe if you want to attach the old mirrors again later.
Step 3: Apply new handlebars
Take the new handlebars and insert them into the handlebars. Make sure the e-test marks are visible. Pull the screws with the wrench, but don't overturn it.
Step 4: adjustment the mirror
Set the handlebars so that you have an optimal view of it. Adjust the angles until you are satisfied with the view. Make sure that the mirrors are securely attached and do not pretend while driving.
Step 5: final assembly
Check all screws and connections on a firm seat. Make sure that everything is properly installed and that there are no parts loose. Also check whether the mirrors remain stable when moving.
Step 6: final examination
Perform a short test drive to ensure that the new handlebars work correctly and the view is good. Pay attention to vibrations or wiggle the mirror while driving.
