Step 1: required materials

To install the 4 LED blinker, you need the following materials:

Step 2: Preparation of the motorcycle

Make sure the motorcycle is on a stable surface. Switch off the ignition and remove the key. This ensures security during installation.

Step 3: Remove old indicators

Remove the old turn signals by loosening the screws. Carefully separate the cables to avoid damage. Note the cable connections for the later installation of the new turn signals.

Step 4: Install new turn signals

Place the new black LED indicators in the position of the old indicators. Attach them with the corresponding screws and make sure that you sit firmly. Connect the cables from step 3 in accordance with the notes.

Step 5: attach resistances

If your LED blinkers don't flash or flash too quickly, you must install the resistors. Connect any resistance in series with the turn signal cable. Use insulating tape to secure and insulate the connections.

Step 6: Functional test

Turn on the ignition and test the turn signals. Check whether you work properly and flash in the right frequency. If necessary, check the connections and resistance again.

How often should I check the indicators?

It is recommended to check the indicators regularly, especially before long journeys, to ensure that they work properly.

Could I have problems with the electronics?

If the resistances are not installed correctly, problems with the flashing frequency can occur. Make sure to use the correct resistors and connect them correctly.
