Step 1: Preparation

Before you start installing the LED blinkers, you should make sure that you have all the required materials and tools on hand. Check whether the LED indicators are equipped with an e-test mark.

Step 2: Provide tools

Make sure you have the following tools available: screwdrivers, pliers, soldering devices, shrink hose and cable connector.

Step 3: Remove indicators

Start removing the old indicators from your motorcycle. Loosen the screws and carefully pull off the flashing cables. Make sure not to damage the cables.

Step 4: Install resistance

Connect the resistances to the LED indicators. Make sure to consider the right polarity. Use cable connectors or solve the connection to ensure a secure connection.

Step 5: Connect indicators

Connect the new LED blinkers to the motorcycle cables. Make sure the connections are firm and safe to avoid later problems.

Step 6: Functional test

After everything is connected, test the turn signals to ensure that they work correctly. Check both the flashing and brightness of the LED indicators.

How often should I check the LED indicators?

It is recommended to check the LED blinkers for at least every six months for function and condition.

Can I use other resistors?

It is advisable to use the resistors recommended by the manufacturer to ensure the correct function.
