Step 1: Preparation

Make sure you have all the tools you need, including screwdrivers, pliers and the new LED turn signal with resistances. Separate the Kawasaki Versys 650 battery to avoid electrical blows.

Step 2: Remove old indicators

Remove the covers of the old indicators. Loosen the screws and carefully pull off the turn signals. Disconnect the cable connections by pulling out the plugs.

Step 3: Install resistors

Connect the new resistors to the cables of the LED blinkers. Make sure to consider the polarity. Isolate the compounds with shrink hose or insulating tape to avoid short circuits.

Step 4: Connect new turn signals

Connect the new LED blinkers to the cables of the Kawasaki Versys 650. Make sure that all connections are firmly sitting and well insulated.

Step 5: carry out the function test

Before assembling everything again, connect the battery and test the new indicators. Check if you flash perfectly and have the right speed.

Step 6: completion

If everything works, attach the turn signals with the screws and put the covers back on. Check all the connections again and secure everything well.

Question 1: Do I need special tools for installation?

As a rule, you only need basic tools such as screwdrivers and pliers. Make sure you have the right sizes.

Question 2: Are the LED indicators compatible with my vehicle?

The LED blinkers are specially designed for the Kawasaki Versys 650 and should fit easily. However, check the specifications before buying.
