Before you start, make sure you have the following materials on hand: - 2 LED indicators with e-test mark - 2 resistors (e.g. 10 ohms, 25 watts) - screwdriver - Tongs - insulating tape - cable ties (optional)

Step 2: safety precautions

Switch off the ignition of the Honda CBR 900RR and remove the key. Wear gloves to protect yourself from electrical blows and not to damage the parts.

Step 3: Remove old indicators

Open the blinker cover and loosen the screws. Pull off the cable plugs and carefully remove the old indicators from the bracket.

Step 4: Install new LED indicators

Insert the new LED indicators in the bracket and tighten the screws. Connect the cable plugs of the new turn signals to the corresponding cables of the motorcycle.

Step 5: Connect resistance

Connect the resistors in parallel with the LED indicators. Use insulating tape to secure all connections and avoid a short circuit.

Step 6: Perform the function test

Switch on the ignition again and test the flashing lights. Check whether both indicators function correctly and flash evenly.
