The Hepco & Becker Tankring Basic has been specially developed for the Triumph Tiger Explorer 1200, models from 2016 to 2021. This accessories are used to secure and easily attach a tank bag on the motorcycle.

• The recommended maximum speed with assembled tank bag is 130 km/h.
• The maximum payload for the tank bag should not exceed about 3 kg.

Additional Information

The tanking basic differs from the lock-it tanking by the type of locking. While the basic tanking only mechanically locked, Lock-IT fueling also supports magnet to center the backpack. However, both systems use the same model -specific metal ring.

It is important to note that tank bags and counterholder must be compatible within the same system. A tank bag with lock-IT counterholder is not compatible with a basic tanking and vice versa.

The scope of delivery includes the tanking and the corresponding counterholder, which is individually mounted on the tank bag depending on the tank shape and handlebar. The fuel lid remains fully accessible even when fueled.
