The Hepco & Becker tanking basic has been specially developed for the Triumph Tiger 1200 Rally Ex, construction years 2022 to 2025. This product enables a safe and easy assembly of a tank bag on the motorcycle.

Product features and scope of delivery

• The tanking ensures a stable hold of the tank bag, even at high driving speeds.
• The tanking is operated via a mechanical lock.
• The assembly of the Hepco & Becker tank sack on the tanking is carried out by simply putting on and is confirmed by a clear click noise.
• The unlocking of the tank bag is made possible by a train on the belt in the direction of travel, whereupon the backpack can be easily removed.
• In Germany, no general operating license (ABE) is required for this type of tank sack system.
• The recommended maximum speed with assembled tank bag is 130 km/h.
• The maximum payload for the tank bag should not exceed about 3 kg.

Additional Information

The scope of delivery includes the tanking basic and a suitable counter holder, which is attached to the specific tank shape and the handlebars on the tank bag. The fuel lid remains fully accessible even when fueled.

It is important that both the tanking and the counter holder come from the same system to avoid compatibility problems. A tank bag with lock-IT counterholder is not compatible with a basic tanking ring and vice versa.
