Product description: Hepco & Becker Tankring Basic for Suzuki V-Strom 1050

The Hepco & Becker Tankring Basic has been specially developed for the Suzuki V-Strom 1050 and V-Strom 1050 XT of the construction years 2020 to 2022. This accessory is used to secure tank bags of the same manufacturer to the motorcycle machine.

Scope of delivery and assembly

The scope of delivery of the product is the tanking and a customizable counter holder, which is installed depending on the specific tank shape and the handlebar attack on the tank bag. The assembly of the tankring enables the fuel cap to open the fuel cap without any restrictions.

Differences to other tanking systems

The basic tanking differs from the lock-it tanking by the type of locking. While the basic tanking works purely mechanically, the Lock-IT system also supports magnet to center the backpack. However, both systems use the same model -specific metal ring.

It should also be noted that tank bags and counterholder within the same system must be compatible in order to ensure correct function.
