This specific top case carrier from GIVI is compatible with the Suzuki GSX 1400 models from 2002 to 2009. It allows the installation of Monokey or Monolock cases and provides a stable base for the corresponding luggage solutions.

Product details

The carrier is designed for use with various mounting plates. These include the MONOKEY® plates M5, M7, M8A, M8B, M9A and M9B as well as the MONOLOCK® plates M5M and M6M. It can also be mounted on the EX2M anodized aluminum luggage rack, although the latter is not included in the scope of delivery. When using plates M8A, M8B, M9A and M9B, please note that it is not possible to mount the brake lights and/or the remote control.

Payload capacity

The maximum load varies depending on the type of case and mounting plate used. For MONOKEY type cases, a load of up to 10 kg is possible, but is reduced to 6 kg when using plates M8A, M8B, M9A and M9B. For MONOLOCK cases the maximum load is 3 kg.

Compatibility note

GIVI products are specifically designed for vehicles in their original condition. A guarantee of compatibility with accessories from other manufacturers, such as exhaust systems, cannot therefore be assumed.
