Product description: Tanking Basic for Suzuki GSX 1300 R Hayabusa

The Hepco & Becker tanking Basic has been specially developed for the Suzuki GSX 1300 R Hayabusa motorcycle model from the construction years 2008 to 2020. This accessory is used to secure a corresponding tank bag directly on the motorcycle.

Components and assembly

The scope of delivery of the product includes the tanking basic and an adaptable counter holder. The counter holder can be attached to the tank bag depending on the shape of the tank and the handle of the handlebar. Even if the tanking is attached, access to the fuel cap remains without restrictions.

Functionality and security

The tanking enables easy and safe locking of the tank bag. The backpack is securely fixed by a mechanical lock and can be resolved again by an easy -to -use mechanism at the front of the backpack. The assembly of the tanking does not require registration in the vehicle documents and is permitted in Germany without a general operating license (ABE).

Differentiation characteristics to other models

Compared to the Lock-IT tanking, which is also equipped with magnets, the basic tanking offers a purely mechanical lock. Both models use the same model -specific metal ring, but they differ in the attached attachments made of plastic or magnet.

It should be noted that tank bags and counterholder must be compatible and cannot be exchanged between the systems Basic and Lock-IT.
