Differences to other tankingen

Compared to the Lock-IT system from Hepco & Becker, which also uses magnets for centering, the basic tanking is based exclusively on a mechanical lock. However, both systems use the same model -specific metal ring.

Additional information

It should be noted that a tank bag with a lock-IT counterholder cannot be mounted on a basic tanking and vice versa. The components must come from the same system to be compatible.

The scope of delivery includes the tanking and the necessary counterholder, which is attached to the tank shape and the handlebars on the tank bag. The fuel lid remains accessible even when fueling is mounted.
