The Hepco & Becker tanking Basic has been specially developed for the motorcycle model Kawasaki Z 650 RS of the years 2022 to 2025. It offers a reliable solution for attaching tank bags to the machine.

Properties of tanking

This product enables safe and stable assembly of a compatible tank bag directly on the fuel tank of the motorcycle. The tanking and the corresponding counterholder are included and can be individually adjusted depending on the tank shape and handlebar. Even with assembled tanking, access to the fuel cap remains without restrictions.

Assembly and compatibility

The installation of the tanking is uncomplicated and does not require any further adjustments to the motorcycle. All necessary attachments are supplied for the assembly. The tanking is designed exclusively for the Hepco & Becker tank bag for the Kawasaki Z 650 RS.

• Easy operation: With a mechanical lock, the tank bag can be easily put on and locked safely. The unlocking is also effortlessly via a belt on the tank backpack.

Differences to other tanking systems

Compared to the Lock-IT fueling from Hepco & Becker, which also use magnets for the centering, the basic tanking offers a purely mechanical lock. Both systems use the same model -specific metal ring, but differ in the type of domes mounted on the ring.
