The Hepco & Becker tanking Basic was specially developed for the motorcycle model Kawasaki GPZ 600 R from the years 1985 to 1989. This product enables a safe and easy attachment of a corresponding tank back to the machine.

Scope of delivery and assembly

The package includes the tanking basic and an adaptable counterholder that is attached to the tank shape and the handlebar attack on the tank bag. The fuel lid remains fully accessible even with assembled tanking, which makes it easier to use in everyday life.

Compatibility and installation

The tanking can only be used for the model mentioned with a tank bag from Hepco & Becker. The assembly is uncomplicated and all required components are included. Hepco & Becker offers an online database and a checklist in the shop to check the compatibility with other models or universal tankers.

Further information: It should be noted that tank bags and counterholder must be compatible within the same system. A tank bag with lock-IT counterholder does not fit on the basic tanking and vice versa.
