Product description: Hepco & Becker Tankring Basic for Kawasaki GPZ 500 S

The Hepco & Becker tanking Basic has been specially developed for the motorcycle model Kawasaki GPZ 500 S, built in 1994 to 2003. This accessory is used to secure tank bags of the same manufacturer on the machine.

Scope of delivery and assembly

The set includes the tanking basic and an adaptable counter holder. This can be attached to the tank bag depending on the tank shape and the handlebars, which enables flexible handling. The fuel lid remains fully accessible even with fueling fueling, which increases user -friendliness.

Functions and characteristics

The tank bag is installed by simply putting on the tanking, with a mechanical locking ensures a safe hold. The unlocking takes place just as easily by actuating a belt on the tank bag. Some of the key characteristics are summarized here:

Differences to other tankingen

Compared to the Lock-IT tanking from Hepco & Becker, the BASIC model is only mechanically off the BASIC model without support from magnets. However, both systems use the same model -specific metal ring as the basis.

Please note that tank bags and counterholder must be compatible and both should come from the same system to ensure a correct function.
