The Lock-IT CAST INT by Hepco & Becker for the XL 700 V Transalp (construction years 2008-2012) model is characterized by high-quality workmanship and a well thought-out construction. This accessory is specially designed for the attachment of side cases and enables quick and easy handling.

Material and construction

The carrier is made of robust steel tube that is manufactured in Germany. Custom -made laser parts in particularly stressed locations ensure additional stability. The system is designed in such a way that it can be quickly installed or dismantled with just a quarter rotation of the lock-IT screws. After the dismantling, only small, inconspicuous brackets remain on the motorcycle.

Security and compatibility

To secure theft, optionally special lockable lock-IT screws can be used. The side cases themselves are secured on the wearer with a stop lock that is attached to the suitcase. This requires lock adapters, which are usually included in the scope of delivery of the suitcases and establish a firm connection between the suitcase and the carrier.
