Overview

The GIVI Trekker Outback Evo 48 aluminum side case has been specially developed for the CRF 1100 L AFRICA TWIN model. These cases offer a capacity of 48 liters per case and are made of robust aluminum. The maximum load is 10 kg per suitcase.

Technical features

The side cases use the proven MONOKEY® CAM-SIDE fastening system. In the EVO version, they are equipped with vibration-damping seats made of die-cast aluminum, which offer improved stability and ensure a secure hold even on rough surfaces. The lower attachment points are redesigned to provide increased resistance to damage and allow for easy repair in the event of damage.

Innovative features

The lid is opened using a renewed system, the Detachable Lid System, which is now reinforced with stainless steel. This system allows the hinge to be fixed and the lid to be completely removed. In addition, the new hook system, Hold it Active System, makes opening the cases easier by allowing the case to be tilted without completely unhooking it. This is particularly practical when a top case is mounted. The Security Lock is integrated as standard.

Additional accessories

A variety of accessories are available as options, including an auxiliary light, an elastic luggage net that can be adjusted to the underside of the lid, a waterproof inner bag with a volume of 35 liters and the expandable X-Line pannier. These accessories are available separately and significantly expand the functionality of the cases.

Weather resistance

The side cases are tested for waterproofness to keep the contents dry even in heavy rain. The tests simulate rainfall of more than 20 liters per minute to ensure tightness.
