Performance characteristics

By using fleece separators and a defined electrolyte in gel form, the battery offers up to 30% more power compared to conventional motorcycle batteries. It is characterized by an extremely low self -discharge and high vibrating resistance, which makes it particularly durable.

Care and maintenance

The lifespan of the battery can be significantly extended if it is treated and maintained correctly. Here are some tips for optimal use:

  • Use the battery exclusively according to your determination for start and vehicle operation.
  • Always keep the battery surface clean and dry to avoid crawl currents that can lead to self -discharge.
  • Check the fill level of the battery regularly (at least every 6 months) and refill cleaned water if necessary.
  • With unusually high water consumption, the function of the loader should be checked by a specialist.

Especially for vehicles with start-stop mode or seasonal use, it is important to check the charging status of the battery every 2-3 months and to ensure that the battery is loaded at least 75 % to avoid starting problems and damage.

Optimal storage

A temperature of 10 - 15 degrees is ideal for storing the battery during stand phases. This prevents an accelerated self -discharge and the loss of water. Note that each battery is subject to a natural self -discharge and risk a deep discharge without regular recharging, which usually leads to the total failure of the battery.
