HONDA CBR 1000 [2020-2023] - Windshield

The Puig windshield, specially developed for the Cbr1000Rr-R Fireblade/Sp 20', is the result of many years of experience in racing. In close collaboration with leading MotoGP teams such as the Repsol Honda Team and the WorldSBK Kawasaki Racing Team, this high-quality windshield was developed to optimally meet the requirements of sporty motorcycles.

The R-Racer windshield is characterized by its aerodynamic efficiency, which goes beyond conventional models. It was tested in a virtual wind tunnel to improve the aerodynamic coefficient (Cx). Thanks to its increased height, it deflects wind that would otherwise hit the rider's helmet and shoulders. This ensures improved performance and increased driving comfort.

Manufactured in Barcelona using the most advanced technologies, the windshield is made of high-impact acrylic with a thickness of 3mm and rounded edges of 2mm, which meet the strict safety requirements of the German TÜV. An artificial vision system monitors the entire quality control process to ensure that every windshield reaches the customer in perfect condition.

Mounting the Puig windshield does not require any additional parts such as fairings. Each screen comes with a detailed aerodynamic study that highlights performance improvements as well as protection for the rider.
