The HSR 42mm carburetor Easy Kit for Harley Davidson Sportster models from 1994 to 2006 offers a significant improvement in relation to the starting behavior, response and the performance and torque of the engine. This kit is characterized by an adjustable accelerator pump and a smooth hole, which enables increased air throughput compared to the previous HS40 model. This leads to an improved gas acceptance under different driving conditions. Other features include a two -part throttle flap slide that runs on stainless roller bearings, an optimized throttle flap backhole, an air screw that is designed especially for low speeds, as well as an enlarged needle valve and float housing.

The high-performance kits can be assembled directly on the standard intake manifold. The scope of delivery includes the carburetor, an adapter, an air filter lid (if required) as well as detailed instructions for assembly and fine -tuning.
