Description

The HSR 42mm carburetor Easy Kit for the Harley Davidson Sportsters models from 1994 to 2003 optimizes the starting behavior and the general engine output and efficiency. Improved air supply and an adjustable accelerator pump achieve a significant increase in air throughput. This leads to an improved reaction of the engine to gas commands under different driving conditions. Other features include a two -part throttle valve slide on stainless roller bearings, an optimized throttle flap backhole, a fine adjustment of the air supply at low speeds as well as an extended needle valve and float housing.

The assembly of the high-performance kit takes place on the standard intake manifold and, in addition to the carburetor, also includes an adapter, an air filter lid (if needed) and detailed instructions for assembly and fine-tuning.
