Ducati Panigale V2 [2022-2025] - Tanking Basic including counterpart tank sac

Hepco & Becker's tanking basic for the Ducati Panigale V2 model, suitable for the years of construction 2022 to 2025, is used to secure a compatible tank bag directly on the motorcycle. The scope of delivery includes the tanking and a corresponding counter holder, which, depending on the tank shape and handlebar, must be attached to the tank bag. Even when fueled fuel, access to the fuel cap remains without restrictions.

The tanking enables easy and safe attachment of the tank bag. The system is specially tailored to the Ducati Panigale V2 and ensures a firm and stable connection even at higher speeds. The operation is carried out via a mechanical lock that ensures a clearly audible snapping of the tank bag. To loosen the backpack, the unlocking mechanism, a belt on the front part of the backpack, is operated.

The tanking basic differs from the lock-it system by the type of locking. While the basic tanking works purely mechanically, additional magnets support the centering of the backpack on the Lock-IT system. However, both systems use the same model -specific metal ring.

It should be noted that a tank bag with lock-IT counterholder cannot be installed on a basic tanking and vice versa. It is important that tank sac countertakers and tanking come from the same system.
